Our Work

At The Bex Co., everything we do is rooted in strategy, creativity, and purpose. Whether it’s a full-scale PR campaign, a brand refresh, or a behind-the-scenes system that makes your work smoother, our projects are driven by impact and tailored to your goals.

We care deeply about the details, from shaping public narratives to crafting seamless guest experiences, because every touchpoint matters. Here is a look at some of the work we’ve done and the stories we’ve helped bring to life.

The Wave

For the independent sci-fi film The Wave, we collaborated with director Gille Klabin on a social media ad campaign designed to boost visibility and drive conversions across Facebook and Instagram.

Working with a small budget, we focused on high-impact audience targeting and a mix of awareness, traffic, and remarketing ads.

The results were exceptional: the campaign drove over $130,000 in rental revenue from just $2,450 in ad spend, a 5,306% return on investment.

This project highlights the power of intentional strategy and execution, proving that even with limited resources, independent films can break through and find their audience.

CPRWrap

One of our most meaningful collaborations has been with CPRWrap, a life-saving tool created to make performing CPR more accessible and less intimidating. Through a thoughtful mix of PR outreach and social media strategy, we helped grow brand awareness and build lasting credibility.

At the heart of this work was producing an emotionally driven brand video, twice, in fact, to reflect the company's evolving identity. It not only demonstrates how CPRWrap is used, but also captures the urgency and emotional weight of responding to a cardiac emergency.

This video remains a cornerstone of the brand’s communications, helping CPRWrap connect with partners, press, and communities around the world.

Working with Rebecca has been nothing short of transformative. When I was in the early stages of building CPRWrap, she was one of the few who truly believed in the vision and stood by my side when others didn’t. Rebecca was instrumental in creating our brand videos, including the one on our website that continues to attract partners from around the world. Her dedication went beyond just content creation—she crafted a PR strategy that ensured CPRWrap was seen not just in the U.S. but globally.
Rebecca was there for us during our best and worst times, offering unwavering support, creativity, and expertise. From managing our social media content to championing our brand’s message with precision and heart, her work left an indelible mark on our journey. I am endlessly grateful for her belief in CPRWrap and her commitment to helping us make a life-saving impact worldwide. Working with Rebecca means having someone who doesn’t just work on your vision but truly believes in it and that makes all the difference."

Cleveland International Film Festival

We joined the Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF) during a vulnerable year filled with change and challenge. With deep respect for the long-standing legacy of CIFF’s guest relations team, our goal was to step into the role seamlessly and without disruption. While the existing processes were well-structured and thoughtfully designed, we brought in fresh touches that enhanced the overall filmmaker experience.

One highlight was creating space for organic feedback. Filmmakers shared praise and reflections without being formally prompted, which not only helped us ensure they felt valued but also provided CIFF with lasting records of their impact.

Our work focused on not only upholding tradition, but also elevating the experience for the guests and bringing valuable feedback and information to the internal team.

“Rebecca and Sadie finding their way to us at CIFF was an absolute dream come true. From the very beginning of our first Zoom meeting together, I knew we were on the same wavelength and that they could without a doubt fill the shoes of our previous long-time Guest Relations Managers.

They joined the CIFF team during one of the most complicated years in the organization's history, but adapted with ease, grace, and humility. Where you won't find ego in this duo, you will find a spirit of teamwork, dedication, and tenacity. Not only did I fully trust our organization's reputation in their hands, but I've personally learned so much from their approach to problem-solving and their unwavering commitment to delivering results.

This team will undeniably bring immense value to any team or project.”

Get After It Media and The Doctors

Get After It Media set out to do something truly special for fans of The Doctors, digitizing decades of archival tape to bring missing years of the beloved series back to viewers on their channel, Retro TV.

When news of the project first circulated, the die-hard fanbase was excited. As time went on, they became skeptical; the timeline felt implausible and trust had to be earned.

To bridge that gap, we produced a behind-the-scenes video that pulled back the curtain on the digitization process, showing, not just telling, the painstaking work involved.

The response from even the most critical fans was overwhelmingly positive, turning skeptics into believers and building the kind of authentic community trust that no press release could have achieved.

LAUNCH Chattanooga

As LAUNCH Chattanooga's PR and Communications Director (2012 - 2020), Rebecca worked closely with the nonprofit team to share their mission of empowering underserved entrepreneurs through business training, mentorship, and access to affordable resources. As their work grew a challenged surfaced: while LAUNCH's impact numbers were strong, she needed to get the public and potential donors to connect with the work on a human level. With small businesses across the city, the challenge was clear: how do you communicate the full scope of LAUNCH's impact in a way that feels personal rather than statistical?

The answer was to let the entrepreneurs tell the story themselves.

To do that, Rebecca produced a video series spotlighting the individual businesses that LAUNCH has helped bring to life, putting real faces, voices, and dreams at the center of the conversation.

By focusing on the people behind the businesses, we were able to show, not just describe, the heart of LAUNCH's mission and the community it has built.

  • “Rebecca is an essential part of the Fantastic Fest team. Over the years she has consistently brought innovation and improvement to our filmmaker services, all while maintaining a calm, proactive presence even during the most high-pressure moments. Her attention to detail and genuine care are evident in everything she does. Our filmmakers regularly rave about their experience at the festival, and that’s a direct reflection of the dedication Rebecca brings to her work.”
